====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent authorities to consider the appointment of the Petitioner on the facts and in the circumstances of this case on compassionate grounds in place of his father who died in honners during service working in the Central Bank of India in Sitamarhi Branch as clerk."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks
Patna High Court CWJC No.15546 of 2014(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances.
