That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent authorities to consider the appointment of the Petitioner on the facts and in the circumstances of this case on compassionate grounds in place of his father who died in honners during service working in the Central Bank of India in Sitamarhi Branch as clerk."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks
