The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aandar P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019 registered under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. On the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioners have been made accused in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
