JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 504, 506 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against one Sanjay Yadav is of taking a sum of Rs. 4,00,000/- from the informant on the pretext of providing job in the police department and assuring the informant that job would be given after the land is registered in favour of his son. Subsequently, the son and the wife of the informant are said to have been called in the Registry office and the sale deed had been executed in favour of the mother of Sanjay Yadav. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53187 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 the petitioner being a lady is innocent, particularly she has got clean antecedent and no specific allegation whatsoever has been levelled against her.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017.
