In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in Excise Case No. 35 of 2020 arising out of Baisi P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020, registered for offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 (a), 33, 41, 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016. It is contended that, as per allegation, 8800 liters of spirit were recovered from a Truck, which was being driven by the petitioner. It is urged that the petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2020. It is claimed that his antecedent is clean. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail
