2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 23.01.2015 passed in Appeal No. 12 of 2015 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Nalanda.
3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands
Patna High Court CWJC No.3862 of 2016 dt.03-10-2017 2/2 disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
5. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority within one month from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits, expeditiously and within the statutory period.
