The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaya Rail P.S.Case No.243 of 2017 registered for an offence under Section 414 of the IPC.
It has been submitted that this petitioner and four others were apprehended by police on suspicion that they were involved in committing theft at railway station.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2017. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused Munarik Saw and Md. Saheb have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.59684 of 2017 and petitioner have clean antecedent.

Considering the clean antecedent of the petitioner facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Railway Magistrate, Railway Court, Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail P.S.Case No.243 of 2017.
