2. This is an application seeking extension of time to surrender and submit bail bonds in terms of the order dated 15.05.2023 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1101 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner remained engaged in his marriage and was not in contact with his Lawyer. It is stated that he was under impression that due to summer vacation, the matter would be heard after vacation.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the delay in surrender and submission of bail bond has occurred unintentionally and it is not deliberate.

5. There is no opposition to this application.

6. Having regard to the submissions noted hereinabove, this Court extends the period to surrender and submit bail bond by four weeks from today. If the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today and submits his bail bonds in terms of the order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1101 of 2023, he would get benefit of the said order. No further indulgence shall be allowed.

7. This application stands disposed of.
