Learned counsel for the State is present and draws attention towards the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties submitting that amount of provident fund had already been paid to the petitioner and the order of this court has already been complied with.
In view of the aforesaid facts, this petition stands disposed of. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner is not satisfied with the amount of provident fund calculated by the
Patna High Court MJC No.3476 of 2016 (2) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 concerned authorities, the petitioner may file a representation before the appropriate authority within three months from today and if she does so, the concerned authority shall pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner.
