JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that on account of the stern stand of this Court, ultimately the pension and gratuity amount has stood paid to the petitioner though after a lapse of about eight years. The learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that though the petitioner was under suspension for more than nine months, however, he has been paid subsistence allowance only for a period of 46 days, hence he be granted liberty to agitate this aspect of the matter before the respondent authorities. Liberty so sought is granted.
