ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, being the husband, is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.182C of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing and ready to keep his wife-complainant with full honour and dignity and that there shall be no recurrence of any untoward act so as to prejudice her in any manner. Considering the bona fide offer made by the petitioner,
