Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the petitioner and others are suspected to have kidnapped to the minor daughter of the informant.

The victim, in her statement, under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has alleged kidnapping by the petitioner. However, she has not alleged anything more to have been committed by the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the matter is of love affairs and under pressure of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55735 of 2017 (3) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 the parents, the victim gave statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nanpur Police Station Case No. 253 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
