The present writ application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 241/18 registered under Section 304B of the I.P.C.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that during

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.129 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2023 2/2 pendency of the writ petition, charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case.

Counsel for the State submits that since charge-sheet has already been submitted and there are allegation made in the F.I.R. that petitioner is a named accused person in this case. In the present facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere in this case but liberty is hereby granted that the petitioner may challenge the order of cognizance at appropriate stage.

With this observation, this writ application is hereby dismissed.
