Patna High Court CWJC No.6023 of 2020 dt.02-11-2021 2/3 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/ writs in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the Respondents concerned to make the payment of the dues amount of petitioner for the hard and struggling work done by him for surface/ bottom cleaning work of the western Sone Canal under the departmental agreement nos. 10F2 / 1988-89 with the interest as the Hon'ble Court deems fit.

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ/ writs in the nature of certiorari to set aside the letter no. 186, Dehri dated 15.03.2011 issued by the 5 Respondent no containing the reference letter no. 2176 dated 10.10.2002 issued by the Superintending Engineer, Planning and monitoring Circle-4, Patna for recovery the extra amount from the petitioner.

(iii) For issuance of appropriate writ/ writs in the nature of mandamus directing/ commanding the respondent authorities to make the payment of the amount which is pending before the department of the said work.

(iv) To any other relief reliefs to which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to take recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available, in accordance with law. Permission granted.
