Let the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks form today.
The petitioners seek bail in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioners in association of other named co-accused is said to have assaulted the son of the informant and co-accused namely, Golu Dom resorted firing upon him due to which, he died. The reason behind the occurrence is said to be over stealing of pig. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this

The specific allegation of resorting firing due to which, the son of the informant died is against co-accused, namely, Golu Dom and the allegation levelled against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. Further, it is submitted that the other coaccused namely, Anil Dom and Akash Dom have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.03.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 69065 of 2021. Further, it is submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 10.08.2021, are persons with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
Learned A.P.P for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) only each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ VIII, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 336 of 2021.
