2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Suryapura @ Surajpura P.S. Case No. 265 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20 and 22C of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 21.219 Kg of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 3.12.2023.

5. Considering the recovery of commercial quantity from the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
