Having regard to the findings arrived by both the District Magistrate, Madhubani and the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga in the impugned order that mapping was required to be done before making appointment on the post of Anganbari Sevika, this Court would not find any error in both the orders inasmuch as the guideline itself prescribes that the decision for appointment on the post of Anganbari Sevika should only be made after mapping is complete.
