JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 3026 (C) of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 498A of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Petitioners happens to be the mother-in-law, father-inlaw and brother-in-law (Devar) of the complainant. Case is under Section 498A of IPC.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are the relatives of the husband of the complainant.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners on the ground that she is ready to reside with the petitioner.
Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 3026 (C) of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that they will not create any obstruction in the way, if the husband wants to reside with the complainant or if there is any chance of amicable settlement between them.
