JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 420 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) (g) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Nothing incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have no knowledge about the illegal foreign made liquor. Petitioners are in custody since 08.12.2022. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners, their period of custody, this application is allowed.
