The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 353, 354(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that Shobha Rani, Centre Observer of Aanganbari, and her husband Vijay Prasad came and demanded register for inspection. The informant replied that he had no authority to inspect the register on such Vijay Prasad, the petitioner, is alleged to have misbehaved with her. It is submitted that the entire allegation is false and concocted. Shobha Rani, wife of the petitioner, lodged a case on 15.04.2015 alleging therein that while she was inspecting the centre Birendra Singh, husband of the informant, made protest and misbehaved with her. The case was lodged on 15.04.2015 and thereafter Asha Devi, the informant, lodged this case on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30541 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 17.04.2015 alleging that occurrence took place on 15.04.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram in Darihat P.S.
