2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 8, 21, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per prosecution case, in course of inspection, the police team conducted a raid in the house of this petitioner and recovered 600 gram of Ganja from the wife of this petitioner, who was apprehended on spot, and she disclosed that petitioner is her husband, who fled away from the spot.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no contraband article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and has got no concern from the alleged recovery. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with Basopati P.S. Case No. 275 of 2023 (G.R. No. 87 of 2023), subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
