2. The salary of the petitioner from 26.06.1998 to 31.07.1998 and four days of leave encashment has not been paid to him even after his superannuation from the service.
3. The representation which has been made by the petitioner before the concerned authority has gone unheeded up till now.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Director, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.
2) detailing his grievances within a period of four weeks from today, who on receipt of the same shall pass a reasoned order within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.
5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
