No. 326 of 2013 by which it has confirmed the order dated 10.04.2013 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 569 of 2009 (G.R. No. 2602 of 2009) by which it has taken cognizance in the matter.

It has been submitted that after the investigation the case was found to be false and there is no supporting document with regard to forgery.
