Patna High Court CWJC No.9902 of 2016(6) dt.18-04-2018 3/3 petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ applications in order to approach the State Appellate Authority as in similarly circumstanced other matters, the State Appellate Authority has entertained the appeal and passed such order, which has bearing on these cases also.

Mr. Umesh Kumar Mishra submits that this Court earlier granted interim relief.

The Court grants liberty to the petitioners to file petition before the State Appellate Authority for grant of interim relief and it is up to the State Appellate Authority to consider the grant of interim relief.

With the aforesaid observations, these applications stand disposed off.
