Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 22.11.2017, passed in the instant case, by which condition imposed was that "one of the bailors would be a close relative of the petitioner having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned police station, who will file an affidavit stating his relationship with the petitioner". Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no relative within the jurisdiction of the concerned police station. Under such circumstances, the line "within the jurisdiction of the concerned police station" is deleted. The order dated 22.11.2017, passed in connection with
