The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hasanpur Police Station Case No.215 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 37 (A)(B) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Co-accused, Avinash Kumar was apprehended by the Police when he had consumed liquor. Avinash Kumar disclosed the name of the petitioner as co-culprit. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent of identical nature.

Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer is refused.
