JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 281 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 379/34 of the IPC. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

As per prosecution, the main accusation against the petitioners is of assaulting the informant and her relative by using Farsa, rod and also of taking ornaments and cash of Rs. 4500/- from the informant's house.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. From perusal of the injury report it is evident that the injuries are simple in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31119 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State it is admitted that the injury is simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 281 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
