The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patna Kotwali P.S. Case No. 551 of 2017 dated 14.10.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant who is a lady, was divested of her belongings and the aforesaid occurrence was captured in the CCTV camera. Later, the petitioner and another were arrested and the petitioner confessed his guilt. From the possession of the petitioner, one mobile phone is said to have been recovered. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that after the institution of the present case, the petitioner has been made accused in two other case of similar nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62538 of 2017 (2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 The petitioner denies of his having participated in the occurrence. He is said to be in custody since 17.10.2017. In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Patna Kotwali P.S. Case No. 551 of 2017.
