2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.146 of 2017(2) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 following relief(s):
for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing the order dated 20-814 passed by learned Director, Consolidation, Bihar, Patna in connection learned Director, with Revision Case No. 156/2014 by which Consolidation allowed the petition of the petitioner under section 5 of the limitation Act.
3. The respondent no. 3 preferred Revision Case No. 156 of 2014 (Brajesh Singh & Ors. Vs. Ram Lagan Ram & Ors.) and reasoned the delay for filing the petition.
4. On 20.08.2014, the Court concerned took up the Revision No. 156 of 2014 and after hearing the parties and having found the grounds for delayed filing of the Revision petition to be genuine, allowed the limitation petition.
5. Aggrieved, the present petition.
6. This Court could not find any error in the order passed by the concerned authority, the reason has been assigned and thus, need no interference.
