Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown. Petitioner was apprehended only on suspicion as the petitioner is carrying criminal antecedent.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2018, however, he was never put on test identification parade nor any other substantial material is there against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Guraru Police

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22557 of 2019(2) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 Station Case No. 119 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
