2. The present modification application is filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 09.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66228 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner went to out of State for his livelihood and the Pairvikar of the case could not inform the petitioner in regard to grant of the present bail order so he could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the stipulated time.

4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21731 of 2026(2) dt.03-04-2026 2/2 the time for surrender of petitioner, namely, Pankaj Kumar and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 09.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66228 of 2025 is extended by two weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
