After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for implementation of the order of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Aurangabad (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') passed in Case No. 92 of 2015 dated 09.12.2015, he has also moved the Authority itself for taking action which may be directed to be disposed off.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10301 of 2016 dt.16-10-2017 2 / 2 However, learned counsel for the Zila Parishad, Aurangabad submitted that they have also filed C.W.J.C. No. 6854 of 2016 against the order dated 09.12.2015 passed by the Authority and thus the Authority should not proceed in the matter.

4. Having considered the position, the writ petition stands disposed off with the observation that the Authority shall consider the matter, in accordance with law.
