2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forest Case No. 34 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 9, 29, 31, 32, 39 and 39B of Wild Life (Protection) Act.
3. On 08.06.2024, on a secret information, forest officials raided the Badui Ashrayani area (Sikaria Forest Range) and caught one person, Jaidrath Bind, with 2 kg of sambar meat. Around 8 kg more meat and a weighing scale were recovered at the spot. He revealed that Daroga Bind and Mendra Bind (the present petitioners) regularly hunt wild animals with firearms and sell the meat. The seized animal, a sambar deer (Rusa

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Co-accused Jaidrath Bind, from whose possession, the meat of Sambar was recovered, has been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court. He has submitted further that the case of the petitioners is on better footing as nothing was recovered from their possession and they are not involved in similar nature of case.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Forest Case No. 34 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
6. The petitioners shall remain present physically before the learned court below on each and every date till framing of the charges.
7. After accepting the bail bonds, the learned court
