The sole petitioner, having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph - 3 of the petition and in custody since 22-05-2018 in Punpun P.S. Case No. 135 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 379, 411, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner namely Sunil Paswan @ Goraiya be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Masaurhi in connection with Punpun P.S.
