The petitioner, who is a lady and in custody since 12.05.2018 in Wazirganj P.S. Case No.540 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 /4 of Prevention of Witch( Daain) Protection Act, has prayed for grant of bail. By way of referring to the F.I.R., learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the F.I.R. it appears that there is some dispute in the first portion, in which there were accusation against four accused, who were carrying different weapons. However, subsequently it appears that the informant ,with a view to implicate entire family members, has arrayed the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48826 of 2018(2) dt.18-08-2018 2/2 petitioner as accused along with two female inmates of family. Besides this, it has been argued that there is general and omnibus allegation.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and there is general and omnibus allegation, let the petitioner, namely, Renu Devi be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.1st, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.540 of 2017. It is clarified that the petitioner has been extended the privilege of bail primarily on the ground that she is a lady. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) nawalkrs/- U T
