Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that reliefs claimed by the petitioners are fully covered by the judgment of a Division Bench of this Court passed in LPA No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10814 of 2015(3) dt.17-03-2023 2/2 43 of 2015 and its analogous cases filed by the similarly situated persons.

The learned counsel for the Sanskrit Shiksha Board as well as State do not dispute this position. However, learned counsel for the State submits that a review application has been preferred for review of the order passed in LPA No. 43 of 2015 and its analogous cases reported in 2020 (3) PLJR 848. In view of the situation that the case of the petitioners are covered by a Division Bench of this Court, the present writ application is disposed of exactly in terms of the order passed by the Division Bench in LPA No. 43 of 2015 and its analogous case reported in 2020 (3) PLJR 848.
