The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 354, 372 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner is innocent and falsely implicated in the case. Considering the submission made by the victim girl under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure that she has herself eloped with the boy and doctor has also disclosed her age between 17-18 years, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this
