2. By order 05.01.2018, for resolving the issue, the Court had directed for an exercise by which the petitioner was given an opportunity to show that there was no dues against him. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she is not aware whether the order has been complied with or not. However, she submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the respondent no. 5 with regard to his

Patna High Court CWJC No.7535 of 2016 dt.25-01-2018 2/2 remaining grievances including issuance of 'No Objection Certificate'.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid. If the petitioner files a representation within four weeks from today, the respondent no. 5 shall ensure that the matter is looked into and verified from the records and thereafter whatever is found payable to the petitioner shall be paid to him within the next two months.
