Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 387, 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act. The present bail application has been filed in terms of the order dated 28.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 51925 of 2021 whereby the petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges against the petitioner have been framed by order dated 23.03.2022 (Annexure-3 to the bail application). In view of the fact that charges against the petitioner
