The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 25 of 2023 registered under Sections 30(a), 32, 34 and 4(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion and dirty village politics. Further submission is that the recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the Mango orchard which is an open place. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 25 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
