The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.Case No. 174 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504, 307, 427, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation in brief against the petitioner is that he gave sword blow over the head of the informant's son, causing injuries.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two motorcycles collided with each other for which quarrel took place between the informant and the petitioner and due to accident sustained injuries on head. It is also observed that how sword

However, there is allegation of sword blow on the head causing two incised wounds over the head and there was fracture on the head reflected in the X-ray report. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected at this stage. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a year, if, it is not concluded within stipulated time, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
