JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is holding the post of Anganbari Sahayika and has a grievance with regard to payment of salary and that her efforts before the District Programme Officer for redressal of her grievance has remained unanswered till date, this Court would direct the Collector of the East Champaran, Motihari to examine the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner and take a decision strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
