JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-03-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 7.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 23319 of 2017 on merit with a direction to learned trial court to expedite the trial and try to conclude it as soon as possible. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 2.4.2017 and charge has not been framed in this case as yet. However, learned counsel for the informant has controverted the submission stating that charge has been framed and two witnesses have been examined. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, prayer for bail is rejected.
