2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 49 of 2023 arising out of Teghra P.S. Case No. 329 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 20/22(b), 25 (A) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 13.96 grams of Heroine has been recovered.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 30.10.2023.

5. Considering the recovery of intermediate quantity, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai in connection with NDPS Case No. 49 of 2023 arising out of Teghra P.S. Case No. 329 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Teghra Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
