18-08-2018 Heard Sri Binod Murari Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Renu Kumari, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 18-01-2018 in Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been made accused on an accusation of recovery of two live cartridge from his possession. He further submits that petitioner was otherwise having clean antecedent and after this case, one another case was lodged for offence under the Arms Act relating to the same occurrence. Considering the period of custody and nature of

No.48595 of 2018(2) dt.18-08-2018 2/2 accusation, let the petitioner namely Lakhu Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 8th Saran at Chapra in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 16 of 2018.
