The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 244 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case only because she happens to be the Bhabhi of one of the main accused persons, who is alleged to have made calls to the victim girl.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of

No.31699 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act , West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 244 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
