Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No.136 of 2023 dated 13-4-2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 387, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR and taking into consideration the criminal antecedents of the petitioners, the court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
