2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 379, 436, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have set the house of informant on fire. Petitioner has also got one criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the specific and direct nature of accusation and fact that petitioner has also got one criminal antecedent, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
