The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.532 of 2021 instituted under Sections 363, 365, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation in the FIR is that as the informant was cooking, her six years old daughter was taken away by the petitioner. Later she searched but failed to locate her. Subsequently the dead body was recovered at the instance of the petitioner herein. It is in this background that the petitioner has come into judicial custody.

Considering the nature of allegation that has been attributed to the petitioner in the FIR, this Court for the present is not inclined to grant him the privilege of bail, which is accordingly rejected.
