The petitioner has knocked the door of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10281 of 2006. This Court has disposed of the said writ petition with a direction to the respondent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner with regard to her arrears of salary and pay the admissible dues to the petitioner within 16 weeks from the date of receipt and/or presentation of a copy of this

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that in pursuance of the order of this Court the representation of the petitioner has been considered and the same has been rejected vide order dated 31.07.2008, recording that the petitioner is not entitled to any salary on the principle of "no work no pay". In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped.
