Petitioner is accused in connection with Bangra (NH Bangra) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and sections 30(a), 41(i) of the Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. The recovery has been made from the abandoned Truck. Petitioner has no concern with the seized materials. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional
